Refund Policy
At ACUBE WORLD, we take pride in our premium oversized t-shirts. We want you to love your purchase, but if things aren't quite right, we're here to help with a simple and friendly return process.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your oversized t-shirt must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original premium packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not reported upon delivery
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at sales@acubeworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to our India-based facility.
Refunds Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@acubeworld.com.
Exchanges & COD Orders
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you at the time of return request.
